Moss Building and Design, a trusted local contractor, was tasked with building a new sunroom addition in West Springfield, VA. The choice of tile, marble, or stone flooring for its durability and aesthetic appeal presented a common challenge: these materials tend to feel unpleasantly cold, especially in a space exposed to many windows. The design goal was to make this new room a comfortable retreat for every season, which would be impossible without a proper floor warming solution.
The team selected the WarmlyYours TempZone™ Cable system, an ideal solution for customizing coverage in irregularly shaped spaces. The system was designed to provide 125 sq. ft. of comfortable, energy-efficient heat coverage under the new tile floor.
