A guide to the controls, settings and fault messages in the attached manufacturer manual.
The attached Meitav-tec PYROCON12 Owner’s Manual & Technician Settings, revision 5.2.5, covers the controller used in the corresponding power-modulator system. Match the controller and revision before using its parameter list.
- Page 4: stand-alone wiring and required external ground-fault protection.
- Pages 5–6: snow-sensor connections, Automatic/Manual ON selection and zone indicators.
- Pages 7–9: ambient and temperature limits, off delay, Manual ON duration and zone sequencing.
- Page 10: P07 input-to-zone logic, including model-dependent third-party sensor options.
- Page 13: enabling and disabling individual zones.
- Page 14: snow-sensor communication and upper-limit sensor errors.
Press SELECT to switch between Automatic and Manual ON. Manual ON runs for the duration set in P05; switching the controller off and back on returns it to Automatic. Staggered zones need not all be on simultaneously.
Wiring and technician settings must be handled by a qualified installer using the complete system diagram. The PYROCON12 itself does not include the equipment ground-fault protection required in the end application. Do not disable a protective limit merely to make the heaters run.
