The low-voltage thermostat requires the correctly rated relay/transformer and electrical installation.
The WarmlyYours integration diagram pairs a Wi-Fi VisionPRO 8000 thermostat with an RC840T-120 or RC840T-240 relay/transformer. Select the relay version to match the heating supply and heating product. The thermostat connects to the low-voltage R, C and W terminals; the heater remains on the relayâs line-voltage circuit.
The installation also needs suitable electrical boxes, wiring, grounding, required ground-fault protection and any conduit required by the project. The diagram shows integration-kit mounting behind the thermostat with an adjacent high-voltage box, or at a separate accessible location. Choose boxes with sufficient space and suitable fittings for the actual conductors and components.
A rough-in box or conduit kit alone is not the complete integration hardware. Have a qualified electrician follow the matching wiring diagram and heating instructions, including any required floor-temperature protection.
