nSpire Touch WiFi: correcting the clock and weather location

How server connectivity and the ZIP/postal code affect UWG4 time and weather.

The UWG4 nSpire Touch WiFi uses its server connection for remote control and weather information. The user manual does not promise a fixed weather-refresh or app-synchronization interval.

For an incorrect clock, open Menu → User Settings → Time. Set the time manually or enable Synchronize with server. OJ’s guide says to restart the thermostat to synchronize: hold the right-side button for two seconds, then press it once to turn the thermostat back on.

If the time or weather location is still wrong, open Menu → WiFi / Weather, follow the setup screens and enter the correct ZIP/postal code at Weather Location. The server uses that location for local time. If information does not update, check WiFi and Server status separately under User Settings → Information → View as text, page three.
