Replacement New TH115, when installed, shows no power, doesn't work, dead.

New TH115 PB112 replacement ,when installed, does not power on.  It is dead, doesn't respond.

The new thermostat has a different arrangement of wires on the back than the customer's old unit. People that wire the new unit just as the old unit was wired have this issue.  The installer cannot install the wires from the old locations to the exact same locations on the new unit.  The LINE and LOAD arrangements on the back of the base are different on the new units.  The wiring stenciled on the back of the base of the new unit was not followed.

Please see the attachments, the new unit is pictured.
