The Hardwired WiFi Switch (GK16-30090-0003) is a Leviton Decora Smart switch and integrates with the following platforms:

• Amazon Alexa — Use voice commands to turn your towel warmer on or off (e.g., "Alexa, turn on the towel warmer").
• Google Assistant — Works with Google Home and Nest devices for voice and app-based control.
• My Leviton App — Schedule, monitor, and remotely control your towel warmer from anywhere.

Apple HomeKit is not supported on this model. For Apple Home users, the My Leviton app serves as the primary remote control interface.

The switch requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and a neutral wire at the switch location. It installs in a standard single-gang wall box.

In Step 2 of the process, where you attempt to connect directly to the Decora Smart Wi-Fi device that is listed in the Wi-Fi networks (it will be listed in the format of Leviton Device-xxxx), instead of connecting you receive a message stating it is "unable to connect" or simple never connects (e.g. no check mark next to the device).
If the device connects and you see this screen, skip to Decora Smart Wi-Fi device will not connect to the Wi-Fi Network or Leviton Cloud.
If the mobile device does not connect to the Decora Smart Wi-Fi device at this step, please follow these troubleshooting step:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the My Leviton App. To ensure that you are running the latest version of the app, check for a My Leviton app update on the Apple App store or Google Play store.
   
2. If available, try using a different mobile phone or tablet running the My Leviton app. Follow Steps 1 and 2 and see if you are able to connect to the device. If you are able to connect, see if you can complete the process.
3. Contact our technical support team at dssupport@leviton.com. Please include the type and model of mobile devices you are using and the model number of the Decora Smart device.

The Hardwired Programmable Timer (GK16-30090-0002) supports up to 6 daily on/off events on a 7-day schedule. To program it:

1. Press the SET button to enter programming mode.
2. Use the arrow buttons to set the ON time for the first event, then press SET to confirm.
3. Set the OFF time for that event and press SET to confirm.
4. Repeat for additional on/off events (up to 6 per day).
5. Use the day selector to apply the schedule to specific days of the week.

You can manually override any programmed event at any time by pressing the on/off button on the face of the timer. The programmed schedule resumes at the next scheduled event.

For the Countdown Timer (GK16-30090-0006), simply rotate the selector to one of the four preset countdown durations. The warmer switches off automatically when the countdown ends — no programming required.
