I selected WarmlyYours from a host of competitors due to the woman-owned business and small business status. They offered better customer service throughout the installation process, from mechanicals, to setting the mesh under marble tiles. It went very smoothly and the heating system works.
Fixing strips are on the cheap side but were free and did the job. Heated floors are a wonderful addition to the house.

Was unsure but it was a small area and decided to proceed. No regrets what so ever. Love the warmth radiating from the tile floors! The installation was somewhat of a challenge for my inexperienced husband. But installed now….no looking back!

I bought the updated thermostat to replace the old one that was no longer working in my customer's home. Their videos helped me diagnose the problem. The install was super straight forward. Their customer service is legit. I don't have heated floors in my home, but am putting them in my bathroom later this year. I will for sure use the WarmlyYours system, no question.
Third system that I have installed. First time needing any support help. Solved the problem and got my system back online. Highly responsive and knowledgeable. Doesn’t get better than that.

Accidentally cut the heated floor wiring and had to make a repair. Ordered the WarmlyYours repair kit and had it shipped the next day. Excellent customer service was available to me as soon as I ordered the product. We got the floor fixed with the help of their repair video on YouTube. Would definitely use WarmlyYours again!
The defogger may was easy to install and is functioning just as it is supposed to work. All good.
Initial phone call to the service department was not every helpful. But once I decided to just buy a new thermostat then the process was straight forward and the CS person was super helpful
The thermostat I wanted was delivered the same week I ordered it. The device is directly connected to the power line as opposed to lead wires from the device - like my previous one whose lead wires burnt out.
Customer service was able to help with my problem, diagnose, and send a replacement without fuss. I appreciate getting an answer quickly!
I had a problem with an older model thermostat. I'm a DIY person so I called the tech support. It was refreshing to have a company with great support of their product and not just reading from a script. They actually know their product and how to help. Super great experience.

I needed a new thermostat for my heated floors in the kitchen. They helped me pick out the one I needed and even gave me a discounted price. Shipping was not real fast, but once I received it, the installation was a breeze and my floors are warm again. Customer service also followed up on the order a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied, which was impressive.
After doing some research on installing floor heat under an overhead door in a commercial facility, we found out about WarmlyYours products. We were impressed with the initial support which made us decide to use their products. We received the heat matting a short time after ordering. The product looks incredible durable and we’ll definitely be using it in the future!
We installed a WarmlyYours system in 2008 during a major kitchen remodel and have found the company to provide excellent customer and technical support. Since then we have had two minor issues, one was a thermostat that failed and solid state contactors that failed in Jan 2025. Jeff in tech support helped me quickly diagnose the failed contactors and send me clear instructions on how to replace. I suspect in both cases our electric coop may have contributed to both issues due to power surges related to severe weather. My experience with WarmlyYours from design, installation guidance and ongoing customer support has been great and I have found their system works well.
