Should be a good unit, new to me yet
liked everything about it other than internal calibration was needed to get it to program. Scott was very helpful, easy fix. I do think that a note should be included with a warning that if it will not program (ground fault error) to call tech services. It would have saved the client money in having to have an electrician return to fix a very simple thing. I suggest that you inform Julia about that.

After 15+ years my first controller bit the dust. I contacted WYs and was very happy to get their help. They were A+ in service and I even got a reduced price on my new unit. Highly really recommended
New Version Thermostat Easier
The new version thermostat is a lot easier to program than the old one, but I would have rated it 5 stars but can't get a Manuel for the new one.

Having installed possibly my 5th system, I still think this is hard to beat where applicable. Always well designed and simple to layout.

Kitchen and dining Room Floor Heating cable with Prodeso matt
I contacted WarmlyYours for remodeling Kitchen and dining room in our home. Part of our "dream" kitchen was install of electric floor heating cable along with prodeso membrane and NSpire Touch Thermostats. I worked closely with Mary from WarmlyYours on the project. She was to provide a custom installation plan along with a quote of the recommended products to use on our project. Installation was straight forward and went well. The cables were "powered up" yesterday. Tile floor are nice and warm. Perfect install! perfect end result! Could not be happier with WarmlyYours! Thanks, Tom

Excellent product, excellent service
I had a problem with the mirror - it cracked after it was mounted - which was nothing to do with the defogger. However WarmlyYours not only stood behind their product they gave me a discount on the replacement defogger. This is the second bathroom where we've installed a WarmlyYours defogger and they both work perfectly. I'd always recommend installing with a countdown timer.
Front Door Steps clear of Snow without Shoveling or Salt
WarmlyYours was a great customer experience with very helpful sales staff in Pedro. I purchased the Melt Cable, small transformer and the new Wifi switch. A small and simple install designed for my new concrete steps and short pathway to the drive. Following the directions from WarmlyYours documentation I installed the system without issue. I am NOT a contractor but a handy home owner who understands electricity and wiring. In a nutshell, it works and I can't express the value of the simple Wifi switch. I created a Leviton account and tied the switch connectivity to IFTTT account (If This Then That) which has a weather service applet. This means when it snows the system automatically turns on without all the complicated sensors and can turn off once you go above a certain outside temperature or if it stops snowing . Whatever you want to establish as your parameters. For me not having to shovel steps is a godsend no more backaches leaning downwards on the steps.
