Display not showing 'current temperature' on UWG5-4999 WiFi Thermostat

Share:

After adjusting the Set Temperature, the number will blink three times, and the screen will return to the current temperature measured.  At this point the screen should show the temperature that is currently measured.

If the screen blinks less than 3 times and only displays the Set Temperature, then go to the nJoy app:

  • In the app, there is an option to set up what is displayed on the thermostat (Current Temp or Set Point).
  • In the app, press (select) the thermostat to be configured.
  • Press the “Settings” icon (located in the top right corner).
  • Find “Display Info” (currently displays "Set Point"?).
  • Press “Display Info” and choose “Actual Temperature” instead.
  • This should fix it.
