Ember Flex Radiant Panel Heater - White - 700W - 47ʺ x 24ʺ - Dual Connection
What Size Panel Do I Need?
A radiant heat panel is a great way to add supplemental heat to a room—not unlike a wall mounted space heater. The table below will help you identify the typical room size* that a radiant heat panel can help warm up, based on wattage/heat output.
| Radiant Panel Wattage* | Warming Coverage |
|---|---|
| 300W Ember | 43 sq. ft. |
| 500W Ember | 71 sq. ft. |
| 600W Ember (Glass Only) | 86 sq. ft. |
| 700W Ember | 100 sq. ft. |
| 800W Ember (Glass Only) | 114 sq. ft. |
*This estimation is based on installing a radiant panel in a typical/average room. One factor that will impact the actual results is a room's degree of heat loss, which can be impacted by a number of factors including ceiling height, number of windows, and insulation level.

Ember Flex Radiant Panels Description
Every home in a colder climate will have areas that are cooler than others. Unfortunately, the solutions for heating these problem areas have been limited to wastefully (and uncomfortably) turning up the heat for the entire home or relying on unattractive and potentially dangerous space heaters. Our Ember Flex radiant panel heaters offer an aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient alternative way to maximize your comfort. Like the sun, these panels use infrared waves to transmit radiant heat to solid objects. And with the integrated frame and white finish, they’re not only functional but also beautiful. These panels are also dual connection, meaning they can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or they can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection.
This panel is 47” by 24” and can be installed vertically or horizontally on your wall. Additionally, it can also be used horizontally with a low-profile stand accessory (sold separately—for plug-in models only) to create a movable heat source. This panel also comes with all of the hardware necessary to attach it to your ceiling. These panels are also unique in that they have one of the highest possible efficiency rates and consume the least amount of energy possible*.
These wall mounted electric heaters are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Radiant heat travels through air, and typically heats up objects closer to the panel first and then the rest of the room later. Infrared heating from the panel can be easily detected from about 3-4 feet. Ideally, the radiant panel should be aimed onto the area with more use, since that will be the surface that will warm up first.
Sunrooms can be very cold during the winter months. While a furnace may push some warm air into the room, the large number of windows, exterior walls, and other causes of heat loss in a sunroom will typically keep it from having a comfortable temperature level. Floor heating and radiant panels will add radiant heat, which the human body absorbs faster than other forms of heat, to the room so that it feels warm even at lower temperatures.
The startup heating time for this infrared heating system is approximately 5 to 10 minutes. However, your room will not feel warmer immediately because the cold objects in the room (furniture, walls, ceilings, floors, etc.) need to warm up first. Once these surfaces are heated via infrared heating, the warmth will spread throughout the room.
