The solution was to integrate a WarmlyYours electric snow melting system directly into the patio's construction. During installation, the durable Snow Melt Mats were laid out on the prepared gravel base before the final layer of sand and pavers was set. This "under-paver" method makes the entire heating system completely invisible and protected.
The system was wired to an Advanced Snow and Ice Melt Control and an Aerial Snow Sensor. This "smart" combination detects both moisture and freezing temperatures, ensuring the radiant heat system activates only when snow or ice is present, and automatically shuts off when the patio is clear and dry.
