Sharon Stone, the American actress, film producer and a former fashion model is having some home improvement issues – especially related to the ever popular electric radiant heating system that she had installed in her master bathroom under marble flooring.

According to TMZ and other major news outlets, Stone is “going after a construction company for messing up a major remodel at her Beverly Hills home, which included some fancy upgrades such as heated floors.” Stone was disappointed to find out that the “controls for her heated floor were installed in the shower, exposing them to water intrusion.”

We’ve Got You Covered

At WarmlyYours, if you encounter any interruptive issues in your projects, our tech support team is available 24/7 to assist our contractors, electricians and flooring installers.

Our “Zero to Hero,” squad of radiant experts is always here to help you or other on-site contractors troubleshoot and repair any problems over the phone, Skype or FaceTime as they take you through a number of different preliminary tests to resolve the issue.

WarmlyYours is equipped with everything needed to troubleshoot and repair electric floor heating issues. We can send tools and repair kits to electricians and installers on site in case they need to locate breaks in the floor, repair or reconnect wires together. Not only do we help our contractors fix and repair our floor heating system, but also our competitors’ products when they are compromised; as most floor heating mats use the same technology, troubleshooting steps are typically the same and it’s just good karma.

Customer Satisfaction Is Our Top Priority

We go above and beyond to provide the technical assistance our contractors, electricians and installers may need and over time, WarmlyYours has established a reputation of providing excellent technical support that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Jane Kirkhoff, recently experienced difficulty when her general contractor unknowingly drilled through the side of the power lead when installing the column's pin anchor. A WarmlyYours’ engineer stepped up to resolve the customer’s issue.

“It blew me away when the WarmlyYours engineer volunteered to talk directly to [my] contractor's electrician to work this out. In the end, [WarmlyYours’ engineer] was able to chisel out the cable cut, properly splice the cable, and confine that under the trim base on the new column. Everything works and looks great. I can't image the months of delays and thousands of dollars in litigation as well as the stress we would have faced if WarmlyYours hadn't stepped up and provided such extraordinary support,” says Jane Kirkhoff on reviews.
