Which she had been wanting for many years. Finding one that was made in the U.S.A. of quality products was a challenge. Everywhere I looked, companies were offering low-quality, Chinese products. That was a refreshing touch. I received the towel warmer a few days later in excellent packaging. Installation was very easy. The installation instructions were well written and easy to understand. I also found installation videos on the company's website, which I found helpful. The product was made of quality materials and is put together solidly. I found the installation to be easy. My wife has been using the towel warmer for nearly a month now and absolutely loves it. Which she has been telling me after just about every shower or bath she has taken since I installed it. The original timer was so hard to use, and extremely hard to read with small buttons, etc. The WarmlyYours 4 hour timer works great, is easy to use and read, and was an simple installation - We love it!!!

Wish is got a little hotter, but it dries our towels and isn't hot to the touch. We got a refurbished one for a very reasonable price, and it looks like new and works fine.

Our master bathroom is warm and luxurious. I highly recommend this mirror after about two months. We used the Sheetrock anchors they provided but the wasn’t really secure. I fixed the mirror to a couple of 1x4 attached to studs. I’d give them 5 stars except for the marginal Sheetrock anchors .

Our only issue is that if the time “in” is not cycled the warmer can sear the towel, ie. it gets too hot for too long. But we obviously like the warmer given that we cycle the on-off time properly.

Precisely measuring all mounting points, the unit ended up crooked (even though a lazer level was used for mounting positions. Diagonally measuring the mounting points was nearly 3/4" off AND the mounting feet have 0 forgiveness, and will leave marks on the finished paint on the walls. Shame there was not a larger mounting plate. The position of hexhead screws are 3/8 from wall and clumsy to tighten without more markings on finished paint. side note, it gets hot, too hot in my opinion

Our construction contractor and the electrician who installed it both marveled at how great it looks, operates and was easy to install. It delivers everything I expected from the online description and was half the price of the one our retail bathroom fixture purveyor recommended. We couldn't be happier with our entire purchasing experience with WarmlyYours!

However, it was quite a task to get the faceplate on. Something that you should address. Ms Jennifer Melus, was very helpful when I had to order the control box and plate. It should have been included?

At some point we will remodel and have an installed one but to have a free-standing option that plugs-in is fantastic. We appreciate the auto-shutoff so we don't worry about overheating or fire danger. It is a bit smaller than I thought but if I had measured it, I would have known.

I was without mine for a few weeks and it seemed like ordinary towels were now unusually cold and used towels never seemed to dry. I actually drove to the WarmlyYours warehouse to get my new towel warmer faster (and also to save shipping and see if they had an old model in stock that matched my previous towel warmer.) They were extremely helpful and friendly - even going so far as to pull the replacement out of the box and test it in front of me. The same goes for the customer support I've received all along from them. It is five star. Which is why I insisted on a WarmlyYours replacement when my old towel warmer gave out. (Likely caused by the my original installer using the wrong type switch. My only complaint being that I wish I could control the temperature of the towel bar beyond on or off. It does seem to burn my towels and eventually wear them out, I've attached several pictures, but a warm towel is worth the cost of buying new towels each year.)
